CBT is an umbrella term that covers many types of specific therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and related disorders, as well as Mindfulness Training and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I am an OCD therapist based in Santa Barbara, and all of my sessions are held online, so you can get specialized OCD care from home, wherever you are in California, Florida, or Idaho. To get started, request a free 15-minute phone consultation through the contact form.
